Toner Application (Before Fusing):
Once the image has been created on the paper by the toner cartridges and imaging drum, the paper enters the fuser section.

Heat and Pressure:
The fuser contains a pair of heated rollers—typically a heated roller and a pressure roller.

• The heated roller warms up to a specific temperature.

• The pressure roller presses the paper against the heated roller.

Melting Toner:
As the paper passes between the rollers, the combination of heat and pressure causes the toner particles to melt slightly and fuse into the paper fibers.

Final Output:
The page exits the fuser with the text and images permanently affixed, resulting in crisp, durable printouts.
